Shipping policy 


Firstly, Thank you for supporting our small business. 


SHIPPING WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS

All in stock items will be send within 2-3 workdays, except for the cots, bassinets and rattan heads. These will be shipped within 7 days. 


We use Post NL to send packages. All packages will be sent tracked and a trackingnumber will be provided once your order has been sent. 


EUROPE SHIPPING

Europe shipping is available for small items. Please contact us at hello@sunnyjune.com for a quote for the bulky items prior to purchasing. 


Please note that all taxes and duties (if applicable) are to be covered by the customer upon arrival into the country of destination. 


WAREHOUSE PICK UP

This service is currently unavailable.


Return policy


We want you to absolutely love the item you purchased. However, if your new item is not quite right, we have the following return options available. 


  • You can return your item within 14 days after you received your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. With tags and original packaging. 
  • Send an email to orders@sunnyjune.com indicating the reason for the return within 14 days after you receive your order
  • All shippingcosts for the return of an item to Sunny June is payable by you
  • We will credit your original method of payment excluding any postage paid. 

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Teething toys
  • gift vouchers (also non redeemable for cash)
  • Sale items

PRE ORDERS

Please be aware that sometimes shipments are delayed or disrupted due to port closures, quality control and other issues outside of our control. 

Any delays in delivery does not entitle you to a refund. Customers are kindly requested to respect the situation as this is not intentionally incurred by Sunny June. 


FAULTY ITEM

If an item is faulty or damaged, please send an email to orders@sunnyjune.com and include a picture of the faulty or damaged item.
